M°CRISTIANO ROSSI
Celebrated throughout the world as a concert performer and violin teacher
He descends from a family of Bolognese artists, and began studying the violin very early, at just five years old, with such conviction that it led him to graduate, at just 16 years old, from the Bologna Conservatory at the Sandro Materassi School. He immediately began concert activity, winning important national and international competitions, such as Vittorio Veneto and Munich. At 18, in 1965, he recorded his first two albums for Erato in Paris, a recording activity which then continued for Emi, Dynamic and Naxos with numerous CDs dedicated to different historical periods, from Vivaldi to Busoni, from Campagnoli to Wolf-Ferrari .
